Hola España

We’ve now been in the south of Spain (Salobreña on the Costa del Sol to be precise) for a couple of weeks and I haven’t posted anything before now, primarily because I haven’t taken a lot of photos due to being in the process of finding somewhere to base ourselves. There are currently some good possibilities on that front, but meanwhile I have just this short update.

While much of the rest of Spain has been shivering under a blanket of snow,as can be seen from the plane in the above picture, the south here has stayed pleasantly mild for winter and it has been no chore to scoot around the place checking things out. From the cities of Almería and Granada, to the remote mountain villages of Las Alpujarras and the coastal towns like Torrox and Frigiliana (like Kuranda only in Málaga Province, Spain) we’ve already sampled a little of this area that we didn’t see last time and revisited a few places as well, but alas, not much in the way of photos to show. I promise to do better in the future!

Meanwhile here are a few more snaps of various local scenery for your perusal.
